After another series full of nail-biting ballgames, the Brewers came out on top to steal 2 of 3 from the Cincinnati Reds. With the offense continuing to struggle hitting with runners in scoring position, the Brewers have had to find other ways to squeak out these close victories. With help from Blake Perkins, Brice Turang, Sal Frelick and the remainder of the Brewers league-leading defense, they are finding ways to keep opposing teams off the board. The Brewers retain a surprising 6.5 game lead over the remainder of the NL central as we approach the halfway point of the season in a couple of weeks. 
Brewers will begin a trip to the west coast to face off with the Los Angeles Angels prior to heading to San Diego to face Manny Machado and the Padres.

The Milwaukee Brewers continue their scorching hot play at home in front of the Milwaukee faithful after a series victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. Take a listen to this episode as we talk a little about what we have seen from the Brewers in the past week, as well as some potential for several Brewers players to make the All-Star roster.

The Brewers disrupt Craig Counsell's homecoming after stealing 3 out of 4 against the division-rival Chicago Cubs. At roughly a third of the way through the season, the Brewers enjoy a five-game lead in the NL Central. The week was led by great starting pitching, outstanding offense, and some huge games from some key players. Brewers will look to stay hot as they face the league's lowest 15-42 record Chicago White Sox.

The Milwaukee Brewers cap off the road trip with a series victory against the Boston Red Sox. The much awaited return of Craig Counsell to Milwaukee took place in front of a sold out crowd on Memorial Day. To say the least, the crowd and fanbase was disapproving of the former manager's decision to leave for the division-rival Chicago Cubs. Check out this episode to get a perspective of what took place in the series opener against the Chicago Cubs, and a much improved pitching performance over the last week. Brewers will continue the four-game set against the Chicago Cubs before hosting the south-side Chicago White Sox over the weekend.

The Brewers have had a less than ideal start to the road trip, going a combined 2-4 against the Houston Astros and Miami Marlins. Joe Ross lands on the injured list with a low-back strain, forcing the Brewers management to dig deeper into their farm system. William Contreras wins a 13-pitch at-bat against future hall-of-famer Justin Verlander with a 3-run blast to lead the Brewers to  victory. The Milwaukee Brewers finished off there best homestand of the season with a 10-2 victory which saw 5 different Brewers hit home runs. The Brewers ended the homestand with a 5-2 record and improved to a 1.5 game lead in the NL Central. Check out this episode to get an overview and analysis on the games over the homestand that saw an MLB debut, plenty of offense, and spectacular defense. The Brewers will begin their longest road trip of the season tomorrow against the struggling Houston Astros.
